By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• “Vendor” refers to any registered business (e.g., restaurant, banquet, mall) using EzyValet to manage valet operations.
• “End User” or “Guest” means the individual whose vehicle is parked or retrieved using our service.
• “Valet Staff” means the personnel employed by the Vendor to operate the service.
• “Platform” refers to EzyValet’s mobile and web applications used to manage valet services.

2. Eligibility

To use EzyValet’s platform, vendors must:

• Be a legally registered business in India.
• Have authorized representatives to enter into agreements.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

3. Services Offered

EzyValet provides:

• Digital valet vehicle registration
• Real-time car recall via SMS/WhatsApp/QR links
• Valet staff management dashboards
• Analytics and reporting tools for vendors

EzyValet does not employ valet staff directly. Valets are the responsibility of the vendor.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of data input by valet staff.
• Vendors shall ensure their staff follows all applicable traffic and safety laws.
• EzyValet is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss of vehicles parked or retrieved via vendors.

5. User Data and Privacy

We collect personal information such as vehicle number, mobile number, and time logs to offer our services. All data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. EzyValet will not sell or share user data without consent except when legally required.

6. Payments and Subscription

• Vendors agree to the pricing as outlined on the pricing page.
• All subscription payments are non-refundable.
• GST and other applicable taxes will be levied.

7. Limitation of Liability

EzyValet shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses arising out of service delays or misuse.
• Vehicle damage, theft, or loss during parking.
• Disruptions due to internet outage, system downtime, or third-party services (e.g., SMS gateways, WhatsApp).

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, designs, and software related to EzyValet are owned by EzyValet or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of our platform without written permission.

9. Account Termination

EzyValet reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of TBD, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Vendors will be notified via email or dashboard notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
